Christian is the founder and driving force behind Bullys Tree Service. With a deep rooted passion for arboriculture and a relentless commitment to quality, he built the company with a focus on expertise, efficiency, and honesty. Whether tackling complex emergency removals or fine-tuning tree care services, he leads by example, ensuring that every job meets the highest standards. Beyond the sawdust and rigging, Christian enjoys time on the river, perfecting his craft, and constantly pushing the business forward. His goal isn’t just to remove trees. It’s to protect properties, educate clients, and uphold the integrity of the trade.
Emily plays a key role at Bullys Tree Service, leading our sales and customer care efforts. She is often the first point of contact for our clients, helping guide them through the process from the initial call to scheduling with a genuine and encouraging approach. In her first year with the company, Emily has quickly developed a strong passion for trees and the outdoors. She is detail oriented, not afraid to get her hands dirty, and a huge part of what makes Bullys Tree Service what it is today. She is currently working toward her ISA Certified Arborist credential, continuing to grow her knowledge so she can better serve our customers. Emily truly enjoys helping people especially the elderly taking the time to make sure every customer feels comfortable, heard, and confident in their decisions. Outside of work, Emily enjoys sewing and spending time with her cats, Oscar and Otis
Alex is a Certified Arborist and the head of Bullys Plant Health Care Department. His focus is on the science behind tree healthsoil conditions, nutrient availability, root systems, and long term tree performance. Alex takes a data driven approach to arboriculture, looking beyond surface symptoms to identify the underlying causes of stress or decline. By combining field experience with plant science, he develops targeted treatment plans designed to help trees thrive not just survive.
Bryce has been a key part of Bullys Tree Service for over three years and is one of the most dependable and driven members of our team. He plays a major role in day to day operations, working with the crew, guiding jobs on site, and communicating with customers to ensure everything runs smoothly. He holds an NCCER crane certification and continues to grow his skills in the field. Bryce is also the backbone of our equipment. Handling much of the maintenance and repairs that keep our trucks and fleet running at a high level. Bryce has a can do attitude, a natural leadership presence, and takes pride in doing things the right way. More than anything, he’s been like family from a young age and is a huge part of what Bullys Tree Service is today. Outside of work, Bryce is a true gearhead who enjoys working on anything with wheels, riding his side by side or dirt bike, and spending time with his dog, Niko.
Though his current duties involve more relaxation than supervision, Wheely remains an important part of the Bullys family because every great tree service needs a great dog.
